Purchasing & RETURN POLICY

REFUNDS & RETURNS: updated 11/2005

 -must be done within 30 days of purchase

 -must be accompanied by original sales receipt

 -items must be in like-new, re-sellable condition as judged by staff, and must have all original tags, boxes, and packaging

 -please have the credit card present that was used in original purchase; if the purchasing card is unavailable, returns will be made by item exchange or gift certificate issued for the return dollar amount

 -purchases made by check are eligible for refund after 7 business days from   purchase date

 -checks returned due to NSF will incur a $20 service fee
