We made a fast and furious re-location, but our new space came along quite nicely. We encountered only a couple of small hiccups—such as lack of DSL—but all is going smoothly now. See our web site www.3riversrunning.com for a local area map of our new location. We have brought in new product already, and more new product is yet to come. We have also hosted 3 group runs (utilizing the nearby River Greenway) from the store so far—the next group run is December 16^th as mentioned on the sidebar at the left of this newsletter. Thanks to all for being patient as we made this re-location. We have seen many of you already in our new spot; if you haven’t been in yet, stop by and see the new place, along with some of the new products! Product News First of all, we welcome Fila Running to the brand line-up here at TRRC. We have the Sanctuary and Providence in stock now, more Fila models will arrive in the next few months. Fila has a unique midsole technology (the Flow system) and a relatively high arch. Their styling is also unique—thanks to Fila’s Italian heritage. On the shoe update front, we have received our early shipment of the new Asics 2120! This also means that it is time for us to move out our 2110’s—these are currently market down to $65 for the sizes that we have remaining! In preparation for winter and general off-road running, we have received the Puma Trailfox trail shoe. This is a snug-fitting, low profile trail shoe with a tightly woven upper for water resistancy. Also in the Trail shoe arena, Pearl Izumi Seeks are on sale for $70. This is a versatile trail shoe that also does very well on wintry roads. Finally, we have the Brooks Adrenaline ASR—a perfect winter/trail shoe with a warm upper for those needing the stability elements of the Adrenaline road shoe. Of course, as the snow is now flying and the temperature outside is in the 20’s, we have a great selection of winter running apparel on the racks—water proof, water resistant, wind resistant, and thermal apparel from TRRC will prepare you to withstand the elements of winter. For those of us staying inside on the treadmill or indoor track, we do have shorts and short sleeve shirts in stock. Happy Holidays & Happy Running!!

Also, stop by the store or call us for information regarding the PR Training programs offered by Tammy Behrens. She continues her Tuesday night sessions, and has a Chicago Marathon program to train runners for this October’s race. Runners on Parade took place on Saturday, July 8^thin Fort Wayne. This year’s race welcomed approximately 740 runners. Among the Three Rivers Racing crew men, Matt Blume finished 1^st overall (time of 15:09), Eric Ade 2^nd, Casey Shafer 4^th, Mitch Novy 10^th, Matt Miller 29^th, Brandon Reichert 45^th, Mike Slaubaugh 55^th, Matt Parker 62^nd, and Brad Altevogt 83^rd . On the women’s side, Linda Keuneke was 125^th overall/7^th female and Paula Rickerd was 150^th overall/11^th female. Congratulations to all who ran this year’s ROP!
