CASEY SHAFER

Casey is a local road runner who enjoys running high mileage and racing 5k , 8k, and 10k races. Occasionally, he mixes it up with a good 3k or half-marathon. He is one of the founding fathers of the "ETG". Plan on seeing Casey with a group of runners during the summer; but don't mind them, they're just getting fast.
