Starting January 1st, Three Rivers Running Co. will begin tracking mileage that people run from the store. Over the next year, a map of the United States will be posted to display our progress across the country. Special locations along the way have been selected to make the trip more memorable (see below). For example, the route will pass through Indianapolis to follow the Indianapolis Mini-Marathon course. So anytime an individual or group participates in a run from the store, each person will write their mileage on a spreadsheet next to the map and store employees will add that amount to the total mileage for the week. At the end of every week, we will plot the mileage on the large map and work our way towards the west coast. Let’s see how fast we can accomplish this goal.
