Diana is a competitive runner, cyclist, and triathlete having done every
distance from 5Ks to Ultras, road races, crits and time trials,sprints
to ironman. Her PR's for running include a 18:16 for 5K, 38:56 for 10K
1:20 for half marathon and 3:06 for a full marathon. She earned a Time
Trial National Championship in 2009 for cycling. Achieved All American
Status for triathlons in 2007,2010 and 2011. Her best times for
triathlons range from 1:06 for a sprint 2:09 olympic 4:54 for a
half-ironman and 11:28 for a full ironman. She holds the USA Triathlon
Level 1 Coaching Certification along with a USCA Cycling Level 3
Certification.
